Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This explains, in plain language, who is responsible for this website, what information it collects, how that information is used, and the choices and rights you have.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Isabela Flores Oliveira Silva Nutrição Funcional e Esportiva LTDA, the registered nutrition practice of Isabela "Bela" Flores, a nutritionist registered with Brazil’s CRN-4 (number 17101219) and based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Bela works with clients online, in Brazil and across Europe.

For any question about your privacy or this policy, contact Bela by email at nutriisabelaflores@gmail.com, on WhatsApp at +55 21 99240 0947, or on Instagram at @nutribelaflores.

What we collect

Contact details you choose to send. The contact form asks for your name, email, preferred language, your sport or goal, and a short message. The form does not save anything to a database on this site. Instead it prepares a pre-filled message that opens in WhatsApp, so the details travel to Bela through WhatsApp when you press send.

Messages you send directly. If you write on WhatsApp, Instagram, or by email, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Information you share as a client. To plan your nutrition, Bela may ask about your training, routine, health, and food preferences. This can include health information, which is treated with extra care and used only to provide your consultation.

Technical and usage data. With your consent, we collect basic analytics such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, opening WhatsApp or the booking link), and general device and approximate location information. This is described in the Cookie Policy. Your consent choice and language preference are stored in your browser.

How we use your information, and our legal bases

We use your information to reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation (to take the steps you asked for and to carry out our agreement with you), to deliver your nutrition consultations and follow-up (including health information you provide, with your consent and as part of care given by a registered professional), to keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interest), and to understand and improve the site through analytics (only with your consent).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services needed to run the site and the practice: Meta Platforms, when you contact Bela through WhatsApp or Instagram; PostHog, our analytics provider, but only after you accept analytics; and our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps standard security logs. Tools used to deliver consultations, such as video calls, process the information needed for your appointment. Each provider handles data under its own terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside Brazil and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the providers’ own safeguards and the legal protections that apply to international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for as long as our working relationship continues. Professional records are kept for the period that nutrition and legal rules require. Analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider’s settings. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under Brazil’s LGPD and the EU’s GDPR, you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or object to and restrict certain uses. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise any of these rights, contact Bela using the details above. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Brazil, the ANPD; in the European Union, your local data protection authority.

Children

This site and these services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security and updates

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We may update this policy as the site or the law changes, and the date above shows the latest version.
